Diaméter X TISZA
In early 2024, Lucas Breuer joined the founding-stage core team around Péter Magyar and TISZA (Tisztelet és Szabadság Párt) in Hungary, playing a substantial role in shaping their visual and digital presence. As co-founder and Creative Director of Diaméter Collective, Breuer's involvement extended far beyond corporate identity. His work spanned creative direction, personal image development, photography, digital strategy and the conception of the party's digital infrastructure and communication systems. Breuer created some of the earliest widely circulated portraits of Péter Magyar, which were subsequently reproduced extensively across news media, social platforms and political communication, often without photographic attribution. As the organisation grew, Diaméter Collective's involvement expanded across photography, film, styling, editorial design and digital experiences. Collective member Veronika Breuer contributed extensively to photography, while Karina Makláry led styling for photographic and film productions. Together, the work helped establish a coherent visual and digital identity for both Péter Magyar and TISZA, connecting creative direction, organisational development and digital transformation.

17.11.2018–12.1.2019 – DESIGNING CRAFT CRAFTING DESIGN exhibition – Werkraum Bregenzerwald. Amazing to see the project exhibited in the exactly same space where the design process began almost two years ago.
The project DESIGNING CRAFT CRAFTING DESIGN explores the collaborative relationship between craftsperson and designer. Under our guidance, students of the Royal College of Art (RCA) London have been urged to reflect upon their position as designers in an urban context as well as in relation to and in contrast with the practices of their collaborators at Werkraum Bregenzerwald, who preserve certain working traditions within a regional craft community. The intersection of these young designers and master craftspeople is told through a journey-led exhibition, depicted through three thematic stages: material culture of Bregenzerwald, visibility and invisibility of craft, and re-contextualizing and reimagining materials and practices.

13.10.–21.10.2018 – DESIGNING CRAFT CRAFTING DESIGN exhibition – Triennale Handwerk+Form (Crafts+Form), Jöslar, Andelsbuch. The objects return to the place where they were made, to the amazing Bregenzerwald!

New project! Campaign for Paul J.

Designing Craft/ Crafting Design began with a four day workshop held at Werkraum Bregenzerwald, bringing together students from the Royal College of Art, London and craftspeople working in this alpine region. The project explores the collaborative relationship between craftsperson and designer and the shared processes of craft and design. The students at Royal College of Art have been urged to react on their position as designers in an urban context, in relation to and often in contrast with, the practices of their collaborators at Werkraum Bregenzerwald, who work within a regional craft community.
The intersection of these young designers and master craftspeople, and the experiences of the Designing Craft Crafting Design team, are told through a journey–led exhibition. Visitors are prompted to relive experiences shared by the designers and curators in Bregenzerwald, shown through the collaborative outcomes, in three thematic stages. Beginning with pieces inspired by the imposing landscape of Bregenzerwald and the region’s rich material culture, the visitors will then be introduced to works that explore the philosophy behind the makers’ craft. As understanding between the collaborators grew, visitors will witness, how they challenged and reimagines each other’s work through new processes and outcomes.

In April we started a new project with the Royal College of Art and the Werkraum Bregenzerwald — a collaboration of furniture designers and craftspeople. Here is a sneak-peak of the kick-off workshop: https://www.instagram.com/p/BTYQ1BEAQFY/?taken-by=diameter.at

Thrilled to announce that Felix Pöttinger joined diaméter as brand strategist. He is a multidisciplinary designer with a background in communication design, product design and management.

We loved shooting the portraits of these three lads from Studio Feixen for their new website. Check out the portraits and their amazing work: studiofeixen.ch

Launch of the book “Objects around books” we design for Martin Breuer Bono at the opening of the exhibition “Zwölf begegnungen” in Schruns.
